Carissa and Noran walked together in the Avon Breast Cancer 3 Day, all the way from Kenosha, Wisconsin to Chicago, Illinois. I'm quite proud of them, and the other people who participated. Click on their picture to see the other photos from this event. --Mike--

Here you will find some of the 30,000+ photos that I (Mike) have taken in the past few years, along with bits of our life together.

As with any web site, there are stale areas, and areas under construction. I've already taken some design tips from Noran to hopefully make this page easier to navigate, and make it easier for friends to find their photos, etc.

Why 30,000 pictures? Because I believe in quality through quantity, and the virtues of free photography. The effective incremental cost of a picture has dropped effectively to zero for me, I use rechargeable batteries and digital film. I was once told you have to take 100 pictures to get a good one, but I think my average is better than that. 8) At minimum, I've got at least 300 REALLY GOOD photos.

Noran walked in the Avon 3 Day Walk from Kenosha to Chicago to help find a cure for Breast Cancer.

This is the personal home page of Michael and Noran Warot, with things that interest us, and those near and dear.

I have come to realize of the past few years that I am a very lucky man. I have made great friends, and have the extreme good fortune to be married to Noran, a woman whose virtues are many, and faults are few. She is a joy to me, she brings color into my otherwise gray world.
